Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled class. You may cancel by phone, email, or online. If you must cancel your class, we will issue a credit. We do not offer refunds. You may use the credit towards any future class. Natural Hearts LLC has the right to approve or deny a credit request for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (this includes no shows). Rescheduling is permitted only once. If the party cancels a rescheduled date, the credit will not be reissued. Failure to reschedule within 72 hours of the originally booked class will result in lost credit.
